Golden Milk Latte is a dance in a cup. It is blissful joy with healing benefits. Thanks to turmeric, it is perfect for reducing inflammation and pain, improving your mental health and helping your digestion. It is vegan, plant-based, dairy-free, keto-friendly, paleo, simple to make, affordable, warming, energizing, super healthy and incredibly yummy. Need I say more?

Golden Milk Latte With Fresh Turmeric Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tsp of honey or maple syrup
  • 2 knobs of fresh turmeric
  • 2 knobs of fresh ginger
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 shot of espresso per cup (can omit or use decaf coffee)

Instructions: 

  1. Heat 2 cups of milk with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper until boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain.
  3. Add the honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour it into cups.
  5. Add an espresso shot to each cup.

Love this recipe, but don’t have fresh turmeric or ginger? You can use a tablespoon of Organifi Gold instead.
