Today, I wanna talk to you about my favorite word.
In fact, it’s the word I chose on repeat for 3 New Years in a row because I was determined to learn how to FULLY own this like a boss!
Do you ever feel that no matter what you do, you can't seem to be completely awake?

Think about it. When you were a kid, you had no limitations in your imagination, no concept of what failure was. You simply loved what you loved and were willing to give your all to the things that made you feel excited to be alive
Why is blood sugar such a big deal? Why do nutritionists, health coaches, doctors and health professionals seem to be so obsessed with it?
Remember when you were a kid? You couldn’t wait for your birthday to come.
Now another candle may be less exciting. Another year. Another wrinkle. Aging. Ugh.
Aging doesn’t have to be so difficult though. It is not about the number on your birthday cake, but how you feel in your mind and body. Aging doesn’t have to mean aches, pain, disease and low energy.

How many of you feel like being tired is an inherent part of your personality at this point?
I know I've been there.
The truth is though, you don't have to live your life so constantly tired! It's possible to do the things you do, work the job you work, be the person you are and maintain consistent energy.
Stay safe, play small. That is what the ego wants us to do. When we learn to acknowledge and accept that little voice not serving our highest self, instead of judging it, we can begin to shift our internal dialogue to align with our truth and quiet the ego, no longer allowing it to drive our thoughts and actions, instead coming from a place of authenticity and love.
Now you just have to figure out how to find an excuse to eat ice cream every day while taking care of your health. It’s possible - trust me!
