UNITING THE WORLD THROUGH HEALTH & HAPPINESS
Hi David, we are beyond excited to have you join the Organifi family! Before your start date, please complete all new hire paperwork found in BambooHR, and don’t forget to send in the appropriate identification outlined on page 3 of the i-9 so you can hit the ground running on your first day!
Should you require a parking pass, fret not, we’ve got you covered. Please email our incredible office manager Carissa@organifi.com with the following information by asap so she can have your pass ready:
license plate number & State
# of doors (two or four door)
Dress code is whatever you’re most comfortable in (Nike, luluemon, or any other workout clothing is totally acceptable)--don't worry about wearing a tie unless you want to. Colorful socks are always a plus.
Be prepared to get a lot of hugs on your first day!
During the week, you'll have time to meet one-on-one with various members of the team as you get to learn your role and the inner workings of Organifi. Don’t worry about remembering everyone’s names, we have a handy-dandy Family Tree chart (aka Org Chart) on BambooHR to help with the name game.
Our mission at Organifi is to unite the world through health and happiness. It is the cornerstone of everything we do and the driving force behind our incredible growth and relentless commitment to transforming people’s lives every day. Throughout your onboarding experiencing, you will get several opportunities to watch this video. It is our WHY and we love to keep it at the forefront of everything we do.
We are a team that works hard, and plays hard. Every month we host a company-wide event to celebrate this amazing life we are creating and to simply have FUN. Here is a video from one of those events. If you have any ideas on the next fun company-wide event, let your People & Culture team know!
For more insight into the foundation of Organif’s culture and the processes we have in place, check out the interview of our incredible COO Mae Steigler on the “Second in Command” podcast.
