The Lemon Water for Weight Management Protocol
Day 1: Mix together one squeezed lemon with a cup of water and drink right after you wake up (before eating anything else).
Day 2: Mix together two squeezed lemons and two cups of water. Add 1 tsp honey for taste. Drink right after you wake up.
Day 3: Mix together three squeezed lemons with three cups of water and a little honey. Drink half first thing in the morning and the other half just before lunch.
Day 4: Mix together four squeezed lemons with four cups of water and a little honey. Consume it three times a day, in the morning right after you wake up, before lunch and in the evening before going to bed.
Day 5: Mix together five squeezed lemons with 5 cups of water and honey. Drink it three times just like the day before (but more each serving).
Day 6: Mix together six juiced lemons with six cups of water and a little honey. Consume the mixture three times a day before meals.
Day 7: Mix together three juiced lemons and 10 cups of water. Consume it three times a day before meals.
Day 8: Mix together 6 squeezed lemons with 6 cups of water. Consume it three times a day before meals.
Day 9: Mix together 5 squeezed lemons with 5 cups of water and honey. Drink it three times as before.
Day 10: Mix together four squeezed lemons with four cups of water and a little honey. Consume it three times a day as before.
Day 11: Squeeze 3 lemons and mix the juice with 3 cups of water. Add a teaspoon of honey and drink it twice a day.
Day 12: Mix lemon juice from 2 lemons with 2 cups of water and drink it in the morning before breakfast.
Day 13: Drink juice from one lemon and one cup of water.
Day 14: Prepare a drink from 3 lemons and 10 cups of water. Also, add a tablespoon of honey before you consume it.
And that's it! After you've finished the 14 days, I recommend drinking one glass of lemon water every morning indefinitely.
Why Only Drinking Lemon Water Won’t Help You To Lose Weight (+ HOW To Use Lemon Water For Weight Management)
Drinking lemon water is an amazing tool for weight management. However, I have to be frank with you. Lemon water is not the Wizard of Oz or a cute little fairy that will make all your wishes, or even your weight management goals come true all on its own. Lemon water needs support to help you lose weight.
If you continue eating a diet high in processed foods full of refined sugar and unhealthy fats and low in nourishing whole foods, adding a cup of water can’t make up for all the damage. I am not asking you to do a 180-switch overnight. I am suggesting to simply start making small changes every day to support your body. Add in more and more whole foods while reducing your processed unhealthy food intake.
Eating healthier with the combination of lemon water can help weight management. Drinking lemon water may boost your digestion and change your taste buds, helping you to crave more nourishing whole foods. Eating more nutrient-rich foods can help your daily lemon water to support your body more effectively.

Food Recommendations During the Challenge: Healthy Food + Lemon Water for Weight Management
Eat more of these: vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds, fermented products, plant-based proteins, organic pasture-raised animal products, dark chocolate/raw cacao products.
Eat less of these: sugar, processed snacks, grains, soda, fast food.
Don't forget about working out either. Info weight management, it is important to complement your healthy diet and lemon water routine with working out. Exercise 20 - 30 minutes minimum at least 5 days a week. Mix up your routine by including both cardio and strength training. Choose exercises that you love. Aim to stay active throughout the day. Walking, dancing, hiking, and even playing with a cute puppy counts.
