So you want to make a green juice for its remedying benefits, but don’t own a juicer? Not a problem! You can make a green juice without a juicer too.
All you need is a blender and a nut milk bag or strainer. And your veggies, of course.
First you need to get your vegetables ready. Wash them and cut them up into chunks that fit into a blender.
Next, throw all your veggies into a blender and add anywhere from ½ - 1 cup of water. The better the quality of your blender, the less water you will need. It is recommended to add some juicier veggies into the mix - like cucumbers - and some lemon juice along with your greens.
Blend them well, then strain the mixture with a nut milk bag or strainer. Voila, you have a green juice.
You can even do this using a food processor.
You have literally no excuse not to juice anymore! Oh, you don’t have a recipe? Try this!
