How To Make Turmeric Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups filtered water (or sparkling water)
  • 2 tbsp turmeric, fresh or powdered
  • Juice from 1 ½ lemons
  • Organic liquid stevia drops to taste

Instructions: Place all ingredients in a small jug, stir, pour over ice in a glass and bottoms up!

I have a drink containing I/2cup orange juice, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 inch grated ginger and 1large pinch of turmeric every morning
