For many months I used green juice to start the day and a Red Juice in the afternoon when I start to feel nibblish. At night I finished the day with Organifi Gold to have a relaxing sleep. I still use the juices but not every day due to the cost even though I believe it is a good price. It’s the postage that makes it expensive; I live in New Zealand. While I could use my rewards points to cover postage it was great, but that option is no longer available."

- When do you eat regular food on this plan, or do you ONLY use these products throughout the day?
- Hi Trevor, We do recommend eating your normal meals with this system, as none of our product are technically meal replacements. We recommend starting your day with Balance and the Green Juice, on an empty stomach, then carry on with breakfast. Red Juice midday with lunch. And Gold at night, after dinner, about an hour or so before bed. And you can add the protein as a snack since it is low calorie and very filling! Hope that answers your question, have a great day!
