- Hi Adriana! Great question, Glow is a great supplement for some that is vegan because collagen is a animal protein. Glow helps to attack the root issue which is the body not producing enough collagen and not properly synthesizing collagen. Either is awesome and you may even get greater benefits if you were to take both. But either is perfect and we get awesome reviews on both!
