- We mostly call upon the all-natural, zero-calorie power of monk fruit to sweeten our products. But we also use natural lemon, coconut water, mint, and other whole-food ingredients. Red Juice has real dehydrated berries, and Gold uses real cinnamon and ginger - so it depends on the product. Our Organifi Complete Protein contains some organic enzyme-treated stevia in addition to monk fruit and a hint of coconut palm sugar.
