Avocados are one of mother nature’s most nurturing superfoods. If you cut an avocado in half, it even looks like a womb. They are extremely nourishing to the reproductive system, the nervous system, the heart and the brain. Avocados are full of healthy fats and vitamins and contain more potassium than bananas.
So if that’s not enough reason to have an avocado a day… how about the fact that they are a creamy, thickening addition to almost any recipe?
We’ve got a surprising one for you today. Avocado Cacao Pudding! Have you ever tried mixing an avocado with chocolate? Neither had we until we stumbled upon this recipe! The result of stirring up avocado with cacao and almond milk is nothing short of glorious.
We threw in a little Organifi Green Juice, of course, to make sure it contains all the antioxidants and anti-stress nutrients that you know you need. Don’t worry, you won’t even taste the green under all the creamy chocolatey goodness!
