Organifi Cilantro Hummus
- 1 cup chickpeas
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, thinly diced
- 1 scoop Organifi Green Juice
- Juice from 1 lemon or lime
- Sea salt and pepper
Instructions:1. In a large bowl, add the chickpeas, onion, Organifi Green Juice and lemon/lime juice.
2. Mash together with a fork or put through a food processor.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Slice fresh veggies to dip in the hummus.
