#1. Celery Juice

One of my favorite things to juice regularly is celery. Now you may not like the taste of celery, but I want to encourage you to get used to it! The remedying properties of celery can be absolutely life changing once you begin to use it often. When it comes to your weight loss journey, celery has got your back!

Do you struggle with digestive issues? Are you having a hard time with those last 10 pounds? Do you have abdominal bloating and gas? Do you get sick on a regular basis? Then you’ve got to give this nutrient-dense vegetable a try!

How to use parsley for weight loss: Simply add a handful of parsley to your juice when you are feeling anxious, upset, frustrated or angry. Especially if your emotions lead to overeating or binge eating, parsley should be your go-to for when you need to CHILL.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Apples are a delicious way to sweeten up any juice recipe and make it more enjoyable to drink, especially if you are just getting into juicing. The best thing about apples is, not only are they sweet, but they are one of the most detoxifying foods on the planet.

How to use apples for weight loss: Eat apples every single day. They are nutrient rich, detoxifying superfoods that will benefit almost every organ in your body. When I am in detox mode, I will eat or juice up to 3 apples a day.

#7. Avocado

Avocados are, in my opinion, one of the most nurturing “motherly” foods on the planet. Avocados benefit the reproductive system and even have the appearance of a womb when you slice them in half. They even take 9 months to grow… the same amount of time it takes to grow a baby!

Avocados have incredible fertility benefits and are one of the best foods to feed a young baby who is just beginning solid foods. The healthy fats and other nutrients in an avocado are similar to the composition of breast milk. That’s amazing!

How to use avocado for weight loss: Instead of juicing avocados, I would suggest throwing them in a blender with your juice to make it more creamy and delicious.  Avocados will help to fill you up and provide you with nutrients that curb cravings and help you feel good all day long.

Transformation Weight Loss Juice 


  • 5 stalks celery 
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 inches turmeric
  • 2 cups leafy greens
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 apple
  • 1 avocado

Instructions: Juice all ingredients except for the avocado. Then pour the juice in a blender, add the avocado and blend until smooth. Drink immediately. 

Food is medicine, my friend. It may surprise you that such simple ingredients can help you transform your mind and body. But when you support your body’s natural way of dealing with fat, toxins and excess weight, you’ll begin to heal from the inside out. And you’ll be able to watch the weight melt off!
