Healthy Vegan Organifi N'Ice Cream Recipe

Looking for a healthy alternative to a classic summertime treat? We can't get enough of this delicious, plant-based N'Ice cream recipe. Made with Organifi Complete Protein, it has 20g of plant-based protein from superfoods like peas, quinoa and pumpkin seeds. Get the delicious taste of vanilla bean ice cream with all the nutritional benefits!

Healthy Vegan Organifi Ice Cream Recipe


  • 3 cups canned coconut milk

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ⅔ cup palm sugar

  • 3 tbsp. vanilla

  • 1 tsp. pink salt

  • 1 bar dark chocolate (85% cacao)

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • 1 scoop Organifi Complete Protein, Vanilla 

  • For the toppings:

  • Vanilla Bean Sea Salt

  • Cacao Nibs

  • Coconut Flakes

  • Pecan (Toasted)


  1. Prepare all ingredients.

  2. Add and heat everything in a large pan using medium heat.

  3. Toast pecans in a separate saucepan.

  4. Allow the mixture to cool.

  5. Place everything inside the ice cream maker, allowing it to sit there for 20 mins.

  6. Transfer to a clean container.

  7. Add the toppings, serve and enjoy your healthy ice cream!
