Meditate. Do some yoga. Meditation will take you closer to your inner self. You can feel your presence. You can live your moment. By integrating meditation into your daily routine, you can have a closer perspective of yourself and reflect. Be inspired about how you are in control of your body. And use that as a motivation to server your purpose.
Exercise. Jump on a rebounder for a little while. Go out and have a walk. Jog with your dog around the neighbourhood. A healthy life is a commitment. And it takes little steps to be able to achieve big milestones. In no time, you will notice the transformation happening within you. And you will also realize that what seemed to be so hard to do initially has become a lot easier. You only need to start in small steps.
Get into a sauna. Then go to the cold shower. Just like the lifestyle that we’re used to, we’re constantly subjected to extreme conditions in our environment. With a quick shift from a hot environment to a cold environment, we’re alerting ourselves and allow our brains to exercise neurogenesis.

For Cassie, we have to take advantage of the correlation between food and our body. Food is the best healing we can provide into our system.
