Written by: Kat Gal

Good morning, sunshine. It’s time for breakfast.

You’ve probably heard it before that breakfast is an important part of your day. A healthy and nourishing breakfast can set you up with plenty of energy and happiness for the day. This is why I am suggesting that you try this Good Morning Protein Shake.

Our Organifi Complete Protein can fill your body with the necessary protein you need and essential vitamins from the best plant-based sources. It is delicious, nutritious and chocolaty, you will love it (plus chocolate for breakfast feels like a naughty treat - but you know we made it healthy for you. You can even go for seconds!).

The berries can nourish your body with an abundance of antioxidants, protecting you from illness and disease. The banana can provide extra potassium and fiber to your shake. Brazil nuts are nature’s mineral supplement, fueling your body with essential selenium for proper immune and thyroid function, as well as copper, manganese, zinc, riboflavin and potassium. Hemp seeds and other seeds you may want to use add extra protein, healthy fats and inflammation-fighter omega-3 fatty acids to your diet. The almond milk can keep your bones, heart and skin healthy while supporting your weight loss or weight maintenance goals.

This shake recipe is so good and healthy, you have to try it.
