Cilantro Lime Dressing (The Real Deal!)

Written by: Drew Canole

Okay all you Costa Vida and Cafe Rio fans - we’ve got something you’re going to love today! A homemade cilantro lime dressing that tastes just as good as the real deal (we would go so far to say that this stuff IS the real deal!) and is full of ingredients that are 100% guilt free.

Cilantro is a powerful detoxifier, known for its ability to help remove heavy metals from the body. Avocados are of course full of healthy fats and nutrients that benefit the heart, the brain and the reproductive system.

We also added a teaspoon of Organifi Green Juice to give a pleasant minty flavor and some potent antioxidant stress-kicking superfoods.

Add this to your favorite salads or use as a dip.

Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 large handful cilantro
  • 1 peeled whole lime
  • 1-2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider or coconut vinegar)
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 tsp Organifi Green Juice
