Delicious Homemade Ice Cream Recipe With Only 2 Ingredients

If you make your own protein-filled and superfood-powered ice cream, you can eat more than one serving. Heck, have an entire pint to yourself!

Who wants to make their own ice cream though? It must be so difficult... 

Wrong!

Making this delicious protein-rich ice cream is SUPER EASY. You only need 2 simple ingredients and NO cooking, baking or kitchen skills whatsoever!

All you need is almond milk (or plant-milk of your choice) and some Organifi powders.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond milk (or plant milk of your choice)
  • 4 scoops of Organifi Complete Protein Vanilla

Mint & Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond milk (or plant milk of your choice)
  • 2 scoops of Organifi Complete Protein Vanilla
  • 2 scoops of Organifi Green
  • Bonus: you can add 2 tbsp cacao nibs and 2 tbsp of organic mint chips

Chocolate Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond milk (or plant milk of your choice)
  • 2 scoops of Organifi Complete Protein Chocolate
  • 2 scoops of Organifi Green
  • Bonus: you can add 2 tbsp cacao nibs and 2 tbsp of organic mint chips

Instructions for all variations:

  1. Add all ingredient to your blender (high-speed blenders, such as the Vitamix are better!).
  2. Blend it a bit, but not overly.
  3. Add it to your ice cream machine following the guidelines. I use Cuisinart, but any ice cream maker can do the job.
  4. Eat it when ready. Store it in your freezer.

All these options are mouth-watering, satisfying and unbelievably healthy. No more guilt, only joy - powered by Organifi. They are so simple to make that they are ready before you know it. The only problem is that your partner, kids, family and friends will love it so much that you may have to make it often. Too much ice cream is never a bad problem to have though.
