Ready for a workout that will literally engage every part of your body and make you feel AMAZING afterwards? 

HIIT is challenging and can be exhausting, but the aftermath for your body is incredible and your health will be boosted along with your endurance and strength.

The goal is to engage all parts of the body. We create repetition to make it simple and we build in the workout from 30 seconds up to 2 minutes and then back down to 30 seconds. Watch the video below for specific instructions! 

1. Jacks (cardio) (30 seconds)

2. Push ups (with modification or advanced options) (60 seconds)

3. Squats (legs) (jump or simple) (90 seconds)

4. Mt. Climbers (cardio/ arms/core) (2 minutes)
