Turmeric Sweet Potato Fries


  • 1 Daily Turmeric capsule, opened and powder removed
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • Sea salt & black pepper (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Cut the sweet potato into thin strips to form fries.
3. Mix together the melted coconut oil, cinnamon and turmeric in a large bowl and then toss the sweet potato fries in this mixture until evenly coated.
4. Arrange the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the fries and bake another 10 minutes.
  • For extra crispness, turn on the broiler and bake another 1-2 minutes. Keep your eye on them so that they don’t burn!
