How Digestive Enzymes Improve Your Health (Recipe Included!)

Written by: Lindsay Sibson

Do you want to “beat the bloat?”

You know, that feeling of discomfort and fullness in your stomach after you eat - of COURSE you do!

Ease gas build up, nausea, stomach aches and more by increasing your intake of DIGESTIVE ENZYMES.

What Are Digestive Enzymes?

Digestive enzymes play a key role in digestion and nutrient absorption by helping to break down larger molecules into more easily absorbed particles that your body can use.

They also break down the food you eat into amino acids, cholesterol, simple sugars, fatty acids and nucleic acids  (which help make DNA!).

We included a variety of digestive enzymes in our proprietary protein blend, Organifi Complete Protein Powder. Our digestive enzyme blend includes:

  • Analyse, Protease, Lipase, Lactase and Cellulase

This combination is specifically designed to soothe your stomach while also increasing your body’s ability to absorb nutrients.

So, how do you incorporate digestive enzymes into your daily diet?

It’s as easy as making a creamy and delicious Daily Digestion Protein Shake!
