What’s not to like about the holidays, am I right?
Even before the trees start changing colors, my mind is sparkling with holiday excitement. Scarves, hoodies, crisp air, time with family, shopping, snowflakes, mistletoe, music. I absolutely love the holiday season.
The challenge comes when I start taking health into consideration.
Turkey dripping with gravy, yams topped with whipped cream, gingerbread bedazzled with colored frosting and candies and pies upon pies upon pies. The deliciousness never ends!
What should be a time of joy and celebration becomes a battle between myself and my cravings. Keeping portions controlled, plugging my nose to avoid the savory smells while cooking in the kitchen and turning down treat after treat. It’s exhausting and hardly successful. I’m sure you know the story.
But wait! I have good news for you! Or good tidings as the case may be.
I have for you a classic holiday recipe that will not only satisfy your sweet tooth and season spirit, but that is also totally healthy!
What says fall more than pumpkin pie? This Pumpkin Pie Pudding is just the thing for a family dinner, a holiday party, or a backup to keep on hand for when the cravings hit.
This Pumpkin Pie Pudding brings a lot to the table with its wholesome ingredients. The pumpkin itself contains fiber, potassium and vitamin C, which are all good for your heart. The coconut sugar, although it contains little amounts of vitamins and minerals, contains double what granulated sugar has and helps restore good bacteria in the digestive system, making it a much better sweetener option.
The best part about this pumpkin pie pudding is that it contains Organifi Gold Juice.
Organifi Gold contains only the best organic, plant based ingredients such as cinnamon, Reishi, coconut milk, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, lemon balm and vanilla to name a few.
This incredible blend helps boost your immune system with antioxidants, soothe aches and pains with restorative herbs, improve brain function with superfoods and aids digestion with its remedying benefits. And that’s just the beginning of what Organifi Gold can do for you!
So without further ado, let’s make this healthy treat!
Makes: Approx 4 cups
No more caving into cravings and no more missing out on the holiday fun. It’s almost too good to be true. It’s like a holiday miracle! And boy is it delicious.

“Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen.” - Agent Cooper (Twin Peaks)
This is the best advice I’ve EVER heard. Don’t you agree?
You deserve a little present, a tiny bit of ‘me-time’ and a small celebration every single day. Why not make today’s gift to be this “I Am Merry Chocolate Mug Cake?”
When Ryan hit his mid-forty's, he began realizing that his body was not the same as it used to be. When he would get sick or injured, his recovery time was much longer than it was when he was in his twenties or even thirties. When he was running around with his three children, there were times he couldn't keep up. This was a big deal to Ryan as he loves being an active "hands on" kind of dad.
