How To Make The Best Green Juice

Written by: Kat Gal

Do you want to lose weight AND get your health back? Juicing is the key to your success, my friend.

Green juices are fantastic for so many reasons.

Green juices...

  • Are high in nutrients: vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals.
  • Can help you lose and maintain weight.
  • Cleanse and detoxify your system like a superstar.
  • Are low in calories.
  • Are low in fat.
  • Unlike fruit juices, are low in GI and keep your blood sugar stable.
  • Can improve your energy.
  • Can better your digestion.
  • Can give you a glowing skin.
  • Can improve your overall health.

How To Enhance Your Weight Loss Goals Through Juicing

This 3-step process is the key to maximum weight loss.

Step 1: Start Your Day Right

How you start your day is everything. When you wake up, your body is in a fasting mode. You haven’t eaten since dinner (or your late night snack?), for at least 6-10 hours or more. You want to break the fast right.

Hydration is your first step in the morning. Start your day with a warm glass of lemon water. It boosts your metabolism, kick-starts your digestion, cleanses your cells and hydrates your body. It even has a good dose of vitamin C to keep you healthy.

Step 2: Juicing Is Next

After your lemon water, a green juice is the first thing you want to have. No smoothies, no solids, but a delicious green juice. Pick a base, like a cucumber or celery. Add some greens, like kale. For a bit of sweetness add no more than half an apple. Add some lemon and ginger to help your digestion further.

You can't drink too much green juice. Drink 16 oz at least, but you can make it 32 oz if you wish. You can drink several green juices throughout the day. Your other meals should be colorful full of greens, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds. If you are craving more fats, avocados and dressings with coconut oil are your friend. Make your diet plant based powered by lots of juice.

Try this fantastic juice recipe for maximum weight loss results.

  • ½ apple
  • 2 inches ginger (will speed up your metabolism)

  2. Mix them all in the juicer.
  3. Juice and enjoy!

Bonus tip: add a scoop of Organifi Green Juice powder to your drink for extra cleansing, detoxifying, hydrating and digestion-boosting benefits. If you are tight on time, you can always mix Organifi with a glass of water for an instant green juice.

Step 3: Automate Your Juicing Schedule

You are a busy person. It is easy to get caught up and forget about juicing and healthy meals. Preparation is the key. Set multiple alarms on your phone to remind you when it’s time to drink your lemon water, green juices and to eat your meals. Don’t wait until you are starving.

Keep up with your schedule. Drink your juices and eat your meals when the timer goes off and not other times. Soon your body will get used to your new healthy schedule. It will start craving green juices and nourishing foods at the right time and stop asking for processed junk and over-sized meals. Trust your body’s wisdom, but help it out at the beginning through this easy and automated system.

Follow these steps to maximize your weight loss goals. Soon you will need new smaller-sized clothes!
