There’s nothing worse than brushing your hair after a shower to find that half of your head is tangled in the brush or have your loved one run their hands through your mane only to have pieces of it tangled, stuck or torn on their fingers … Especially when you try to take such good care of it!

I can’t guarantee these tips will work for everyone in the same way but I can assure you I have used them and they worked for me. And after reading this post, you’ll have the tools to design a new routine that helps you prevent hair breakage and make every day a good hair day.

#1 Eat Your Way to Better Hair

#9 Get Regular Trims
