I want to talk with you about embracing the you that the world needs, not the one you think you’re supposed to be.
Integration of the old and new you. Aligning with your highest and best self.
The dance of past truths or maybe past lies you told yourself in an effort to feel safe and “enough”.
The old belief systems locked within your subconscious, now begging to play.
But you don’t feel safe in the unknown.
So you stay put…
In the comfortable discomfort of a life you feel stuck in, knowing all too well there’s more out there to be discovered.
You toy with the idea that maybe, just maybe it’s okay to open yourself up to your past. It’s been a while and the truth is, you’re kinda curious what still lingers.
What if it’s dark though? Or too much to handle? What if it scares away the people you love the most?
But you’re intrigued.
What could still be hiding in the corners of your heart?
What are the pieces still disheveled and misshapen within your soul?
Ahhhh, but those are the most beautiful places you could possibly travel!
Screw planes, trains and automobiles. The path to your full alignment is your key to freedom.
Stay as long as you need in order to dig up those old stories and RELEASE them; you don’t need ‘em anymore.
Take the time to come back to yourself and rediscover the YOU that’s been hiding behind the mask of societal expectations, your own tattered beliefs, your partners projected fears, the mailman’s abandonment issues.
The stripped down version of your authenticity is so beautiful! Do you see it?
Ooozing with love and enoughness!
Stop carrying around the things that aren’t yours.
You get one checked bag FREE. Now is not the time to take on other peoples junk simply because you’re scared of not being worthy AS YOU ARE.
This is my invitation to you to integrate… to align. To take the new parts that ARE serving your highest self and letting them dance with the YOU that has been there all along. The little boy or little girl too shy to speak up, be seen, be loved. Oh yes, they’re still in there. Flawed and absolutely perfect.
You’ve outgrown the stories of your past. It’s time to step into your future and embrace the truth that your ‘becoming’ has been made possible by your light and your dark and the beliefs that have supported you on some level for so long. But now it's time to LET THEM GO! with gratitude... and open your eyes and your heart to the newness ahead. It’s time to open up to the alignment of all your parts and love yourself AS YOU ARE.
I know this might feel hard. I know this might feel scary. That’s okay. You are more than capable of the life you desire - so are you ready to step in to the space that’s available when you say NO MORE to that old crap and move forward?
Who told you you weren’t enough?
Who told you that you would never amount to anything?
Who told you that your dreams were crazy?
They were wrong.
There’s a powerful exercise that is going to sound a little out there to some of you. I’m okay with that. You likely know by now that we are a bit woo-woo here at Fitlife and Organifi - we like it that way.
So what you need is a paper towel or a piece of paper and a pen. A small candle and lighter. And a clay pot that is not flammable or a fire pit or something similar that can BURN.
Every time an old belief creeps in that STOPS you from moving forward towards the things you want most out of FEAR or lack of self-worth or anything else not serving you…
I want you to write that on a piece of paper and BURN IT!
Put that candle in the pot and throw that paper in and watch it disintegrate into nothingness.
Feel how empowering it feels to say goodbye to the beliefs that don’t align with your vision!
And say thank you as you open your heart to what’s ahead.
You are free.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
As you are.
And only if you say so.
