These Pea Protein Pudding Popsicles will give your body the energy it needs for all of your day’s activities.

What Is Pea Protein?

Pea protein is a food that is extracted from the yellow pea, Pisum sativum.

It is a powerful and healthy plant-based protein source (which is why we included it in our very own Organifi Complete Protein powder!).

How To Make Pea Protein Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Organifi Complete Protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3-5 drops pure liquid stevia (or to taste)
  • 6 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes (1 handful)

Instructions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into pudding popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 2 hours (or until frozen).

These Pea Protein Pudding Popsicles are great for a quick and healthy snack or after a sweaty exercise session.
