Surrender to the Alignment of Your Soul

Surrender to the Alignment of Your Soul

Today I wanna talk to you about something that can feel incredibly scary for so many people.

Surrender: to agree to stop fighting, hiding, resisting - the act of giving the control of use of something to someone else.

Life rarely unfolds exactly as we want it to. And if we stop and think about it, that makes perfect sense. The scope of life is universal and the fact that we are not actually in control of life's events should be self evident.

Every day we give precedence to our minds thoughts over the reality unfolding before us. Notice these claims about what should and shouldn't be happening are not based on evidence; they're based on personal and societal belief patterns made up in our minds.

It is also true that we are not powerless in the face of the events unfolding around us. We have been gifted the power of will. From deep inside, we can determine how we want something to be and apply it to our minds, hearts and bodies in an attempt to make the outside world conform.

But this battle between individual will and the reality of life unfolding around us can be all consuming.

What if - instead - we chose to simply let go? To surrender to what is instead of fighting against source to create what we think should be...

There is immense power in allowing - surrendering to the process of life and using each twist and turn as a lesson.

Understanding why things happen isn't always necessary. Accepting things, however, creates a powerful shift towards your inner happiness and allows life to flow through you.

I encourage you to surrender. Whatever you're facing, know there's a reason and a lesson within. We are all intertwined in a beautiful experience in this lifetime.

When we stop putting so much energy towards things outside of ourselves, we are able to align with our souls greatest happiness and flow.

We begin to make decisions that feel good in our entire body. We begin moving more, fueling our body with real food and healthy nutrients, like my favorite, Organifi Green Juice! We begin weeding out the relationships that our drain our spirit and leave us feeling depleted while we say YES to more of the people that lift us up.

So surrender. You literally don’t have to live the life you don’t want to live - you can shift and create a new beginning for yourself, one that feels beautiful and true to who you are.
