Happy July 4th! Happy Independence Day!
What comes to mind when you think of Independence Day? Aside from possibly thinking of history, it is probably the beautiful fireworks and grilling out with friends and family that pops into your head.

Instructions:1. Preheat your oven at 400 degrees F. Mix 4 cups of butternut squash with just enough olive oil to cover it in a baking dish then bake for about 45 minutes until tender.
