Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
1 C Oats (best blended)
1 Banana (mashed)
2 Eggs (beaten)
3 TB Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
1 Scoop Organifi Gold Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp coconut oil or butter
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Once your skillet or flat top is heated, add the coconut oil or butter. Pour batter out in small dollops. Once the pancakes show bubbles on top, its time to flip.
Serve warm with maple syrup and any extra toppings you’d like. Enjoy!
