Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Truffles

I don’t know about you but pumpkin and chocolate are just two things I can’t go without, which is why these Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles have been going on repeat weekly since Organifi's Gold Pumpkin Spice launched this year! It’s never too early for pumpkin and if you pair Gold Pumpkin Spice with chocolate you might just have the best combination of flavors ever!
Behind The Truffles
To be 100% honest I came up with the idea for the Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Truffles accidentally one day when I had originally planned on making pumpkin fudge cookies but then realized I had no eggs or baking essentials to make the cookies. So instead of scrapping half the batter I added some melted chocolate, white chocolate chips and some maple syrup and the best Chocolate Truffle was born!

The combination of chocolate, cinnamon and pumpkin spice is truly indescribable. They compliment each other so well and the texture of these truffles just put it over the edge! They are smooth, creamy and decadent as well as healthy, full of protein, and low in sugar!

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or bland like many people may think. Just take these Triple Chocolate Pumpkin truffles, yes they are chocolate truffles but the chocolate in these are from cacao which has several antioxidant compounds to fight free radicals in the body as well as Organifi’s Chocolate Protein powder which makes these a filling and sustaining snack for anytime of the day! Not to mention you get veggies in every bite thanks to the pumpkin puree and tons more nutrient rich superfoods thanks to the Gold Pumpkin Spice!

So, Yes! You can really enjoy chocolate, pumpkin spice everything and still be healthy!

Easy, Healthy, & Delicious!
Before you start looking at the ingredients and think “wow that seems like a lot”, let me  just say that these are all basic ingredients you probably already have on hand if you bake often so it wont take you more than 15 minutes to whip these up in your spare time!

I love no bake, simple, and easy desserts so trust me when I tell you that these are about as easy as they come!

No baking required (perfect for the summer heat wave going on around the country), they are also gluten free, grain free, vegan, low in sugar and high in protein thanks to Organifi’s Complete Protein Powder in Chocolate!


1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup Organifi Complete Protein, Chocolate
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops of Organifi Gold Pumpkin Spice
1/3 cup white chocolate chips


  1. Combine the pumpkin, almond butter, and  maple syrup And stir together.

  2. Add in the protein powder, cacao powder, cinnamon and Gold Pumpkin Spice and mix until combined.

  3. Melt the chocolate on low heat over the stove in a small pan or microwave for ten second intervals until melted and add it to the pumpkin mixture. Add in almond milk and stir.

  4. Once the dough is formed add the white chocolate chips , stir, scoop and enjoy!
