Summertime = popsicle time.
But store-bought popsicles are usually filled with processed sugars, artificial ingredients, artificial coloring and a good amount of preservatives. These colorful popsicles are anything but healthy. They are rather a sugary, sticky and toxic mess.
To keep your summer healthy and energized, you should skip the popular ice cream trucks and the popsicle section of your general grocery store and instead make your OWN popsicles.
Making popsicles is easy. It’s like making smoothies: you just throw some tropical or other frozen fruit, plant-based milk and perhaps some green too into your blender. Add everything to your popsicle molds and freeze them.
For a tropical taste, choose mangoes, pineapples, papaya and kiwi. For a less tropical, yet sweet summery taste, other fruits, like peaches and berries work well too. Bananas make your popsicle a bit more creamy and a lot sweeter. Any frozen fruit of your choice works.
Adding greens or green juice powder to the mix can provide extra minerals and vitamins without you even noticing, while protein powders, nut butter, tahini and seed toppings can add an extra kick of protein and some healthy fats too. Just scroll down for some fantastic popsicle variations for bonus benefits.
Your children will love these amazing healthy popsicles - so will you and all your adult friends.

On a hot summer day (especially like the ones in Georgia), nothing is more refreshing than a delicious fresh juice. If you know anything about me, I much prefer a green juice with as little sugar as possible to help not only refresh, but also hydrate my body.

When I say testosterone, men and sex may be the first things that come to your mind.
Testosterone is actually present in females as well and has multitudes of other roles besides sexual functions. Sure, testosterone is the principal male hormone that affects the libido and penile erection frequency in males. However, testosterone affects your whole body.
