In fact, golden milk lattes could have therapeutic effects on the body.
Turmeric golden milk leverages the active ingredient in turmeric, called curcumin, which both modern research and traditional Indian medicine “Ayurveda” (a Sanskrit word meaning knowledge of life and longevity) indicate may fight colds, indigestion, infections, and more.
The golden milk recipe we know today has been modernized and adjusted to our western palates; it didn’t use to include more than turmeric and milk. Nevertheless, its core ingredients, curcumin, ginger, and cinnamon, remain the same and contain potent antioxidants that may also have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.
It’s a creamy, delicious, and health-supporting drink that you can have as often as you like.
Our turmeric golden milk recipe takes the traditional Ayurvedic drink, and the popular modern flavors, and upgrades it with other superfoods that help the body relax consistently, but cutting prep work in half.

Turmeric Golden Milk and Your Health
Turmeric’s polyphenol “curcumin” has antioxidant properties that help the body fight the imbalance caused by oxidative stress. A natural form of oxidation that occurs when energy is produced to digest food, move, think, and more.
Oxidation in moderate amounts is easily controlled by the body with its own antioxidant forces, coming from vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, E, D, and yes, curcumin.
Inflammation and oxidation are closely related; belly bloat that won’t go down, joint pain, stiffness or swelling, etc. are at times caused by the immune system responding to that excess oxidation. The body tries to repair itself by padding or “inflaming” the area until it is resolved as a temporary adjustment.
However, sometimes the internal inflammation doesn’t go down and turns into chronic inflammation. This tends to exhaust the system as it continues to attempt self-repair without success.
Fortunately, the body creates, manages, and takes antioxidants from its fuel source - food. And when you eat or drink antioxidant-rich foods, you help your body find its way back to balance. Drinking turmeric golden milk, you do just that, feed the body more antioxidants.
Why This Golden Milk is Healthier Than Most
This turmeric golden milk infusion uses maximum strength turmeric that has been extracted with some of the most nutrient-preserving methods available today. In addition to having black pepper to increase turmeric absorption by 2,000% and an exclusive blend of other nutrients that further support curcumin’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Organifi Gold is a delicious blend of restorative and soothing herbs and superfoods that support deep sleep by leveraging adaptogen mushrooms like Reishi and Turkey Tail.
Adaptogens are herbs, mushrooms, and spices that interact with the nervous system and help it relax in a natural way. Think of them like this: if coffee makes you feel more alert, adaptogens do the opposite - help you unwind.
Adaptogen mushrooms won’t make you automatically sleepy; instead, they’ll stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is designed to conserve energy, slow the heart rate, support smooth bowel movements, and relax specific muscles.
Our turmeric golden milk adds these stress-releasing plants, to the antioxidant power of curcumin and tops it off with organic lemon balm, Ceylon cinnamon, acacia fiber probiotics that aid digestion, and black piperine. Meanwhile, ginger’s active ingredient “gingerol” acts similarly to curcumin in the body.
