How To Make The Most Delicious Gluten-Free Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Chocolate pancakes, anyone? How about some protein-filled healthy pancakes to keep you satisfied longer?

Your answer is this delicious recipe. It makes 4 pancakes in less than 10 minutes.

The secret ingredient is the Organifi Complete Protein Powder you will absolutely fall in love with (if you haven’t already). It can boost your metabolism, aid your weight loss and muscle growth and can keep you feeling satisfied for a long time. It tastes like chocolate ice cream as a shake and will make your pancakes taste super chocolaty and delicious.

Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Organifi Chocolate Complete Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free baking mix
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 2 flax eggs (or 2 organic eggs, beaten if you are not vegan)
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 4 tbsp almond milk (or your favorite nut milk)

Instructions:

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. Combine the flax eggs/eggs, banana and almond milk in another bowl.

  • 3. Pour the wet ingredients into the the bowl with the dry ingredients.

  • 4. Mix but don’t over-mix until you achieve a good pancake batter.

  • 5. Coat a large skillet with coconut oil cooking spray or coconut oil.

  • 6. Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto your skillet. 
  • Cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
  •  

  • 7. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh fruits and perhaps some maple syrup.
