Key Lime Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of hemp milk (or nut milk of your choice)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup of dates
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp of nut butter of your choice
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 scoop of Organifi Green Juice Powder
  • 1 scoop of Organifi Complete Protein Powder (vanilla)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Juice and zest of 2-4 limes
  • 2 - 4 drops of lime therapeutic grade essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

1. Blend your dry ingredients with the liquid first.
2. Add the spinach and blend again.
3. Add the bananas, dates and nut butter and blend again.
4. Add some ice if you wish and blend a bit more.
