You Will Fall In Love With This Avocado Hummus

If you love hummus AND avocado, you will fall in love with this avocado hummus. It is so creamy and mouth-watering with healthy fats, good protein and anti-inflammatory benefits. This avocado hummus is literally the best hummus you will ever have - or the best avocado? Either way, it’s a must try!

Avocado Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 large avocados, pitted
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • A little fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp Organifi Green Juice Powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Add the one clove of garlic to your food processor and run it until minced.
2. Add the avocado and chickpeas. Process until smooth.
3. Add the lemon, tahini, oil, salt, pepper, Organifi and parsley. Blend until well combined 

Enjoy it as a dip with cucumber, celery and carrots, or as a spread on a lettuce wrap, raw crackers, GF tortilla or GF bread.
