Mix-n-Go Mighty Minty Protein Smoothie
One of the things we love about mint smoothies is that they feel like a gentle wake up call; the slight kick of the mint makes us feel alert and fresh.
You can probably whip this up without using fresh mint, but we really believe it brings out the flavor and the sensation. To make it, you’ll need the following:
- 2 scoops Organifi Complete Protein
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (organic)
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or your other favorite milk
- Add all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

Make your own version of our mighty mint smoothie adding one or more of these ingredients. Some of these you might have at home already!
1 cup of spinach: adds one serving of vegetables without changing the taste. Mix for an extra 40 seconds to completely mask the texture.
Unsweetened chocolate chips. Makes it truly choco-minty and kid-friendly, especially if you added that cup of spinach.
1 tbsp flax or chia seeds to increase the fiber or protein content. Additionally, the seeds make it thicker if activated overnight and can turn your smoothie into pudding.
- 1 tbsp almond or other nut butter adds to the healthy fats count, increases the protein by a bit, and could also make it creamier. Healthy fats are good for the body and the brain, so the fact that it tastes great just makes it a win-win!
- 1 tsp of Maca or Matcha Powder to help you wake up even more.
- Ice! A simple and great addition. If you have time to pre-prep, you can try switching up to coconut milk and freeze some cubes of it for a tropical feel.
