Last summer I found myself in a love affair with green matcha lattes; they're creamy, satisfying, and naturally energizing. I’m not usually into lattes, but I was craving a mid-day boost that was gentler than caffeine and healthier as well.
I got me thinking: how can I make a green tea latte that’s energizing but even better than just matcha green tea and milk?
