I know you love smoothies. Who doesn’t?!
Preparation can be a mess though. Picking out your recipe, prepping your ingredients, blending, cleaning… it takes time.
If you plan ahead, you can have a smoothie within seconds without coming up with a recipe and prep work. No prep means less cleaning too: no messy knives, cutting boards, peelers and bowls. You can freeze your ingredients ahead of time for up to 6 months and just pull the smoothie bag you desire out of your freezer to enjoy your healthy drink in no time.
This idea is genius. It has seriously saved me so much time and kept me more motivated to drink lots of healthy smoothies. You should try it out too.
